Larry Ulmer is the founder and CEO of Ulmerica Software Solutions, LLC. He is responsible for the overall vision, growth, and development of the company. Larry brings over 35 years of experience with technology companies at all levels of operations and management.
Prior to founding Ulmerica Software Solutions, LLC, Larry was a Quality Assurance Engineer and Manufacturing Supervisor with Hughes Aircraft Co., a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with Northrop Grumman Corporation and The Aerospace Corporation in Los Angeles, California, Technical Software Development Consultant for Microsoft Corporation in Seattle, Washington before moving to Atlanta, Georgia to work for Suntrust Bank as a Senior Software Developer and later with GoodCents Solutions as IT Manager. He is actively working to expand the business into various technology markets.
A native of Mississippi, Larry is married and has one son who resides in Los Angeles, CA. Larry is a current resident of Stone Mountain, GA (Atlanta). Larry regularly participates in technical groups and symposiums on topics ranging from business strategy and growth to IT security. Larry received a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology (Electronics) from Jackson State University, Jackson, MS, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from National University, San Diego, CA, and a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.
KIMBLE (Kim) ULMER
Vice President and CBO/CFO
Kim Ulmer is responsible for all business and financial operations of the company. She brings more than 35 years of experience in Business Office Administration and Management. After graduating from R. H. Watkins High School in Laurel, MS, she attended Jones County Junior College where she received her certification in Business Office Management.
Upon receiving her Business Certification, Kim began her career as an Office Administrator for the Jackson Public School System. Having had the opportunity to work for companies in many different markets, with a focus on Office Administration, she is uniquely qualified for handling all administrative challenges she faces. Kim’s ambition and determination took her from staff administrator to Business Office Management. In her previous position as Business Office Administrator, Kim developed and implemented new administrative and operational strategies that positioned the company for continued growth. She successfully organized the company’s records and restructured its business systems. Additionally, Kim oversaw the Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Customer Service functions for the company.
A native of Mississippi, Kim is married and has one son who resides in Los Angeles, CA. Kim is a current resident of Stone Mountain, GA (Atlanta). Kim regularly participates in Business Seminars and symposiums on topics ranging from business strategy and Administrative Systems.
